Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes! If you need to cancel, please do 48 hours ahead of time to avoid being charged a fee. Within those 48 hours, a 30% cancellation deposit will be due. The cancellation deposit will go towards your rescheduled visit and will be taken off the total amount at checkout of the rescheduled visit.

I understand that life happens so emergency situations will be held at my discretion.

Do you offer silent appointments?

YES! If you're in the middle of a deadline for work and need to focus, go for it. If you're having a rough day and need some solitude, you got it. If you just want some quiet time away from the kids, I understand! There is an option to add it to your appointment under the “Consultation” tab in the booking platform.

Can I still get my hair colored if I am pregnant or expecting to be pregnant?

Yes, but please still consult with your doctor if there is any sort of hesitation or concern with getting your color done while you are expecting. Ammonia was the main concern with pregnant women and hair coloring appointments in years past. There has been major improvements to the chemical makeup of hair color in the recent years to where I believe it is safe to get your color done! Again, please consult with your doctor if that is still a concern for you!

Does my hair need to be freshly washed for my color appointment or can I come in on wash day?

The best results come from a cleaner canvas. Hair that is washed the day before, or even the day of, is best! The less topical product the color needs to fight through, the better. (ie; hair spray, root cover sprays, dry shampoo etc.) The worries of color irritating your scalp because it’s “too clean” are days of the past! Unless we are doing a Bleach to scalp application, please come in with a clean canvas!

You’re located in Lakewood. Is there parking available?

Yes! There is a lot behind the building and metered/unmetered street parking. There is also a lot available just adjacent to the intersection of Madison and Quail, where the Margaret apartments are, that is to the left of the church rectory. Please, keep in mind, there are other businesses that also use the parking lot behind our building. Make sure to give yourself at least 10-15 extra to find parking and get to the building for your appointment.

Do you really offer snacks and beverages?

Yes! I know our time is precious and sometimes you're coming to me without having lunch or cutting it real close to your dinner time. I offer a wide array of quick snacks that everyone can appreciate, as well as some complimentary beverages and select Wine.
